The Chef
Erick Jacquin is actually one of the most important French chefs in activity in Brazil. Erick proposes a cuisine full of flavors, exoticism and creativity with the colors of Brazil. In Brazil since 1994, in 1998, Erick Jacquin was recognized and named Maître Cuisinier de France - the highest honor of the French Gastronomy. Erick was the first French chef to receive this title in Brazil and South America.
